What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay.
Can I customise my print further than what is on the website?
Not at this stage however, it may be a service we will offer in the future.
How will your prints be packaged?
Your 8x10” art prints will arrive in a hard backed envelope inside a weather resistant plastic sleeve. All other sizes will be wrapped in tissue paper and carefully rolled inside our hard mailing tubes.
What if my print is damaged on arrival?
We take great care when packaging your art print. Unfortunately, on odd occasions items can become damaged through delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your item outlining the issue, along with photographs that show where the print is damaged.
Approximately how long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched and then a further 5 - 10 business days for delivery of your prints within Australia.
Can I purchase outside of Australia?
Do you sell framed art prints?
We will be looking into providing this service in the near future. However, this isn't currently available just yet.
Compatible frames can be sourced from David Jones, Myer, Country Road, Officeworks, Target, Big W and Kmart. Ikea Ribba Frames also look great with our prints.
Will the colours match those on screen?
Allow for slight variations in colours as computer screens display colours differently from screen to screen.
Can I use multiple discount vouchers?
We only except 1 x voucher per order
Can I purchase as a wholesaler?
